The first CareerQuest event, MiCareerQuest™, was held in 2015  in response to employers' need for future talent in West Michigan's high-demand industries: Construction, Health Sciences, Information Technology and Advanced Manufacturing.

 

Thousands of students explored 160,000 sq ft of interactive exhibits highlighting hundreds of career possibilities and talked to the professionals who do these jobs every day.

 

Since then employers, workforce agencies and industry councils across the country have expressed interest in replicating the positive results with their own CareerQuest event.
